Good

Location was pretty good, breakfast as well, the hotel lobby.

There were constructions (road repairs being done) outside the hotel and we received a room right on that side. Also the mattress on the bed was super hard. The bathroom didn’t have a window and it was quite dark.

Great Place just opposite of the Iconic Phae Gate

Everything. The breakfast spread was delicious and awesome. The rooms were clean and had all the important facilities available. There was a small but nice pool available 24×7 Hotel staff were nice and kind.

The AC wasn't keeping the room much cool but that wasn't really a problem as we didn't go in summertime.

Very Good

Great location, comfortable and clean room, plus a nice buffet breakfast included. We were picked up at the airport for 150 Baht, and they have three set departure times for a free shuttle back to the airport. I would have stayed there on my trip this month, except that the hotel is full on the day that I will be there.

Our room was facing the road and it was very noisy. The motorcycles and tuktuks seems to go all night. We switched rooms to the pool side and it was nice and quiet. If you are a light sleeper, definitely request a room on the pool side.

A good place to stay and I will come again but will skip breakfast.

Location was good and hotel is very efficient in check in and check out. Free transport to airport. Room was clean n very comfortable.

Breakfast was very basic. Most of the stuff were cold.

Wonderful

The breakfast was up to my expectations, and as someone who works in the hospitality industry, I can attest to the fact that all of the staff members at Hotel M CNX had good service mind, particularly the front desk and housekeeping on the third floor (My room was 323).

Unfortunately, as my room faces right into the Tha Phae Gate , there is a lot of noise from the surrounding environment and I have a hard time sleeping through the night. But in overall, I feel satisfied with the location and the excellence of the service.

Good location to walk to sites and restaurants. Good facilities with pool and gym.

Room and hotel decor a little dated and could use a refresh, in particular bathrooms.

Breakfast was excellent. Transport were provided. Overall is a good stay.

Bathroom is too small and very inconvenient for my handicapped friend. He finds uneasy with the facilities which are provided.
